Terms and Conditions
ELIGIBILITY:
This competition is open to any person who directly received this e-mail as
specified in the mailing list of Adelphi Masterfil Ltd . Employees of Adelphi
Masterfil Ltd or its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion
agencies are not eligible, nor are members of these employees’ families
(defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners).
TO
ENTER:
Email santa@masterfil.com and submit your name, postal address, email
address and correctly identified 4 numbers. Entries will not be returned. No
purchase entry. One entry per person. Entrants must be over the age of 18 at the closing date of the competition. Incomplete, damaged, defaced or illegible
entries may be deemed invalid at the sole discretion of Adelphi Masterfil Ltd.
Entry constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and
Conditions. Adelphi Masterfil Ltd reserve the right to disqualify anyone in
breach of these Terms and Conditions.
TIMING:
This competition runs from 09.30:01am GMT on 10th December 2010. The closing
date of this competition is 2.59.59pm GMT on 23rd December 2010.
Completed entries must reach Adelphi Masterfil Ltd no later than the closing
date.
USE
OF DATA:
Personal data which you provide when you enter this competition will be used
for future Adelphi Masterfil Ltd marketing activity.
SELECTION
OF WINNERS:
The winning entry will be selected at random by Adelphi Masterfil Ltd. The
winner will be notified by email by 1st February 2011. The winner may be
required to become involved in further publicity or advertising.
PRIZE:
The prize is a bottle of Champagne from Riverview Wine Estate Ltd. One bottle
per winning entry. Prizes as stated and
non transferable. No cash or other alternatives available. Adelphi Masterfil
Ltd reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The
prize will be sent by 28th February 2010.
WINNERS
LIST:
The winners consent to their surname being made publicly available. The
winners’ names will be available for a period of 2 months after the closing
date by email request.
OTHER:
No correspondence will be entered into regarding either this competition or
these Terms and Conditions. In the unlikely event of a dispute, Adelphi
Masterfil Ltd’s decision shall be final. Adelphi Masterfil Ltd reserve the
right to amend, modify, cancel or withdraw this competition at any time without
notice.
