Automatic Filling Machines
Starting with a 1 or 2 head machine on a frame sized for growth, extra heads can be added to meet increased output requirements. Masterfil has a range of 4 heavy duty frames, which can accommodate 2 to 12 filling heads. There is also a light weight frame which can carry 1 to 4 heads dependent on the size of the container.
Volumetric Filling Machine
Masteril's range of automatic volumetric filling machines are designed to allow customers to maintain high flexibility along with consistent levels of fill. Our servo driven volumetric filling machines allow high levels of precision filling to be achieved as the fill speed can be controlled in increments of 1%.
Flowmeter Filling Machine
Masterfil’s mass or magnetic flowmeter liquid filling machines provide great flexibility, quick product changeover times and ease of cleaning with a choice of 2 to 12 filling heads.
