Volumetric Filling Machine
Masteril's range of automatic volumetric filling machines are designed to allow customers to maintain high flexibility along with consistent levels of fill. Our servo driven volumetric filling machines allow high levels of precision filling to be achieved as the fill speed can be controlled in increments of 1%.
The Multifil filling heads offer a wide range of fill volumes and can handle low to high viscosity liquid. The nozzles are adjustable to fill foaming and non-foaming products with variable speed filling capacity. The honed 316L stainless steel filling pumps are available in 1, 3, 5 or 6 litre capacities.
