Weigh Scale Filling
The Masterfil Weigh Filling machine is a device which allows the user to fill containers with liquid, creams, pastes or solids in suspension on an electronic controlled weighing platform.
This method of filling measures out a predetermined mass of product directly into the package, which is resting on a weighing instrument controlling the filling operation.
If the weight is under tolerance after the product has been filled and settled, the nozzle will stay down and top up the container. Weigh filling machines are suitable for accurate filling of products at both low and medium speeds.
