The Response is versatile, accurate, hygienic, easy to use, and available in single or twin-head configurations depending on your needs.
The Response features a revolutionary head designed to handle both liquids and creams efficiently. It has the ability to fill products ranging from alcohol to thick pastes in volumes of 5ml to 1000ml, with an accuracy ±0.25%, using one of three interchangeable pump sets. Volumes are adjusted by means of a hand wheel and digital counter, and all controls are within easy reach of the operator at the front of the unit. Strip-down for cleaning is quick and easy, with all access from the front of the machine without the need to remove the cover.
As a scaleable solution you can combine multiple Response units into a fully automated solution as and when your production demands dictate.
